Eco Adventures Wanaka web site only uses session cookies during a search query of the site and during the building of an inquiry regarding services offered by Eco Adventures Wanaka. Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Stripe payment system. Only tokenised card information is stored which prevents unlawful use. The Stripe Privacy policy is here
Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Stripe system. We do not hold customers’ credit or debit card details in any format that is not password protected with heavily restricted access. In the event you email your card details we will delete this email as soon as we have charged your card.

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

- billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to:
- Identify you and communicate any changes with your booking. We also store your card details to a secure payment system ( STRIPE). This data is kept secure in our secure booking system (Fareharbor) and is password protected.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter Payment and identification details, we’ll be unable to reserve a booking. We have the ability to take payments in person via the Strip system. We will still need to identify you to secure any booking.
We keep your information safe by storing in our booking system and only staff members of TBC ltd have password/Facial recognition access.
